Inclusivity Training Prototype

LGBTQ+ Inclusivity Training for Permanent Makeup Artists

In collaboration with PMU in Transition, I have created a preliminary instructional prototype. This prototype outlines a lesson plan utilizing advanced Instructional Design principles for meaningful online learning. 

The video above outlines the reasoning for the selected learning activities and assessment types following Constructivist Learning Theory. Below are the Project proposals and the design table used in order to create the outline of the instruction.
